★ पोषण की वह विधि जिसमें जीव ठोस भोजन ग्रहण करता है उसे प्राणी समभोजी पोषण (Holozoic nutrition) कहते हैं।
★ परस्पर अन्तःप्रजनन करने वाले जीवों का ऐसा समूह, जिनमें एक समान जीन पूल पाया जाता है उसे जाति कहते हैं। ★ मोनेरा जगत के अन्तर्गत प्रोकैरियोटिक कोशिका संरचना वाले जीवधारियों को सम्मिलित किया गया है।
